  • To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes.

  • As a small-batch perfumery, our current processing time is 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Yes. We do not use animal-derived ingredients, and we never test our products on animals.

  • Currently, we ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international fragrance lovers in the future!

  • While Jojoba oil is generally very gentle, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

  • Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to explore our Sample Sets to discover your favorite atmospheric profiles before committing to a full-sized bottle.

  • Scent is a deeply subjective and personal experience. Because we cannot resell bottles once they have left our studio, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference. Sampling is the best way to ensure a fragrance resonates with you.

  • We take great care in packaging your oils to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order is damaged during transit, please email us at alex@othersideoils.com with clear photos of the damage and your order number.

    Note: Damage claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery (as marked by the tracking number). Once verified, we will send a replacement to you at no additional cost.

  • If there was a mistake on our end and you received a different scent than what you ordered, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery so we can get the correct bottle out to you immediately.

  • Order cancellations must be requested via email within 12 hours of placing your order. Once this window has passed, your order enters our fulfillment process and can no longer be canceled or refunded.
